Why should you buy a Renault ZOE?

Electric vehicles are made in all shapes, sizes and can vary in pricing. It will primarily depend on what sort of car you’re looking to buy, whether you want an SUV, hatchback, or a coupe, there will be something out there for you. If you’re looking for a hatchback, the Renault ZOE could be a perfect match for you, and here’s why…

Battery

When you buy any vehicle from EV Sales the batteries will come with the vehicle. There is the option to lease the batteries from certain companies, but our vehicles were bought with the batteries, so it’s one less thing for you to worry about. Batteries are predicted to last between at least 10 – 20 years, depending on how the driver uses it. Our vehicles are no more than 5 years old, and the batteries still have plenty of life in them!

Range

As there are multiple models available, the range will differ slightly. The 2017 model Renault ZOE that we have for sale is a standard Renault ZOE Dynamique E. It averages around 160 miles on a full charge, depending on the driving conditions, and how it is driven. If you’re making small journeys, you’re highly unlikely to exceed this on a daily basis.

To increase the range by up to 10% the car is fitted as standard with eco mode and regenerative braking. This will stop drivers using the range of the car up too quickly.

Interior

Upon first impressions, the Renault ZOE does appear to be quite a compact and space limiting vehicle. However, the interior is extremely deceiving and is in fact spacious enough for 5 people to enjoy a journey comfortably.Renault ZOE for sale - 7

Many people already have an idea of how an electric vehicle will look. Futuristic and very different to normal internal combustion engine vehicles is what normally comes to mind. Although the Renault ZOE is the complete opposite. When you drive a ZOE, you’ll be driving a conventional automatic vehicle that is actually very similar in many ways to standard cars.

The Renault ZOE was never manufactured to go up against the likes of Tesla, and cars with ranges exceeding 200-250. It is ideal for parents doing the school run, and for businesses such as estate agents that will only drive short distances within local areas.

When you buy a Renault ZOE you’ll be getting great value for money, a vehicle that is economically cheap to run and better still emits zero emissions!
